Job Description

• We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring employee retention.
• The role also involves overseeing compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Promote employee engagement and drive company culture initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role is required (2-3 years of experience).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask and handle HR operations efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month and other benefits.
