• Manage the day-to-day operations of the canteen, ensuring high-quality food and service
• Plan and implement menus, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
• Supervise and train canteen staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Control inventory, manage budgets, and optimize resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in canteen management, hospitality, or food service industry
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality food services and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
