Job Position: Client Service Officer
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly, highly-skilled client services representative to make our clients feel valued and supported. In this role, your duties include fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries, and promptly directing customer complaints to relevant departments.
• Your duties will also include obtaining post-sales client feedback. To be successful in this role, you should exhibit extensive experience in a similar role and demonstrate a client-oriented approach.
• A first-class client services representative builds positive business relationships and provides clients with individualized and professional support.

Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities are:

• Manage client inquiries (In person, Telephone and online)
• Directing client complaints or complex queries to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete and accurate client records and document processes.
• Providing Sales team lead with report of products that require restocking or are in demand but not in stock
• Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
• Expedite serious issues to management toward prompt resolution
• Managing products and sales on the website, ecommerce store, Facebook and whatsapp.
• Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.
• Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
