We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Monitoring and managing the flow of activities to ensure smooth execution and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality assurance programs to maintain high standards.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating teams to achieve operational goals, providing training and feedback.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the overall business objectives.
• Budget Management: Managing budgets, forecasting costs, and controlling expenses.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
