Job Details

• We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Officer to drive the growth and expansion of its services.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, IT expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets while nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage the entire sales life cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal writing, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare tailored proposals, and work closely with technical teams for solution design.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of leads, contacts, and sales activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record in IT or IT consulting.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Client-centric and collaborative relationship building.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Data-driven.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
