Job Position: Social Media Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company online presence.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.
• Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build relationships.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in recruitment, HR services, or FMCG/tech).
• Strong understanding of content creation, community management, and analytics.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva( Strongly preferred), Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Experience running social media ad campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
