Job Position: Restaurant and Bar Manager
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant efficiency. 
• The ideal candidate must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to manage staff, finances and overall restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop strategies to improve sales and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor food quality, customer feedback, and service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll-related tasks.
• Oversee restaurant marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage a team.Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy accessibility.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
