Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Reservoir Engineer

Job Location: Lagos / Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze reservoir performance data, including production rates, pressure data, and well logs, to assess reservoir behavior and performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of static and dynamic reservoir models using industry-standard software to forecast production, optimize reservoir management strategies, and enhance recovery.
• Develop the design and execution of well-testing programs, pressure transient analysis, and data acquisition to evaluate reservoir characteristics and performance.

Requirements

• B.Eng in Petroleum Engineering with 3 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Professional certifications such as a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
