Job Position: Loan Recovery Officer

Job Locations: Ogba, Ojodu Berger & Egbeda - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

• We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Recovery officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
• As a Recovery officer, you will play a crucial role in our loan recovery operations, working closely with customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks related to loan recovery operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve outstanding debts
• Utilize excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to resolve complex issues
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree
• 0-3 years of experience in Loan Recovery, Collections, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Personal Android/iOS phone required for work purposes
• Ability to work under pressure.

What We Offer

• Salary: N70,000 Monthly.
• Attractive bonus structure (Weekly).
• Salary increment after 3 months.
