Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Customer Service:

Operations Management:

Financial & Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the hotel’s budget to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze profitability.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.

Staff Management & Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
  • Ensure employees follow company policies and deliver excellent service.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract guests and increase bookings.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote the hotel through online and offline channels.

Facility & Maintenance Management:

Requirements

  • Overall Operations Management: Oversee the entire operations of the rice milling company, ensuring efficient and effective production, processing, and delivery of high-quality rice products.
  • Production Planning and Management: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to meet customer demand, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, including procurement of raw materials (paddy rice), management of inventory, and logistics.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Maintenance and Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
