Job Description

• We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer, where your main responsibility includes converting strategic goals into powerful visual representations that exist on multiple digital and print-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines for AVS and portfolio companies, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual styles.
• Design high-quality graphics for websites, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter), email marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials (brochures, flyers, and others).
• Collaborate with development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Create infographics and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information.
• Edit and retouch photos and images to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations for social media and video content.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or related discipline with 2-5 years of work experience.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Three or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
• Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
• To succeed in this position, graphic designers must combine excellent technical skills with deep knowledge of design principles and a strong drive for creating visually impressive, innovative designs.
