Job Position: Graphic and Cyber Security Facilitator 

Job Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Graphics and Cyber Security Facilitator to join our team. 
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in graphic design and cyber security, equipping our participants with valuable skills for today's digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum in graphic design and cyber security principles
• Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and practical exercises for diverse participants
• Design learning materials that cater to various skill levels and learning styles
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to program participants
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in graphic design and cyber security
• Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve training programs
• Support participants in developing portfolios and practical projects
• Contribute to Coriftech's mission of digital empowerment across Africa.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Security, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, threats, and best practices
• Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in technical subjects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms
• Passion for technology education and community empowerment
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly youth and women
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in cyber security (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.)
• Experience in UI / UX design
• Knowledge of web design principles
• Understanding of African tech ecosystem challenges and opportunities
• Fluency in multiple languages relevant to target communities.
