We are on a mission to help entrepreneurs across Africa build more customer-centric businesses. With our business phone systems, entrepreneurs, no matter the size of their business, can handle customer communication like global brands.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Visual Designer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Schedule: Full-time
Work Style: Hybrid (2 Office days Per Week)

Role Overview

• The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling across all platforms. 
• This role requires a seasoned designer with experience in top marketing or digital agencies, strong leadership capabilities, and the confidence to take full ownership of visual projects.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:

• Define and execute the visual strategy for marketing and branding campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and communication materials.
• Lead design sprints and brainstorming sessions to drive creative excellence.

Campaign Design & Execution:

• Design end-to-end visuals for product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create high-impact visuals.
• Oversee and approve design work from junior designers and freelancers.

Team & Process Management:

• Implement processes for design review, feedback, and iteration.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a top marketing or digital agency.
• Proven experience leading design projects and managing design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality campaign visuals and brand identity work.
• Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation
N8,000,000 - N9,000M per annum.
