Job Overview

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our retail store in Ikeja. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving e-commerce sales, and creating engaging digital content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across various platforms
• Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to promote products and special offers
• Create and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget
• Coordinate with the retail team to align digital marketing efforts with in-store promotions
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance
• Manage SEO/SEM and Google Analytics to improve online visibility
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
• Experience in a retail store is important
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and consumer behavior
• Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Portfolio of previous digital marketing work, particularly in retail
