PICADILYS is a multi-faceted platform that offers various services to its customers. These services include value added services such a bill payments, airtime and data recharge, T.V subscriptions, betting, and gift cards. PICADAILYS also provides self-services from our partners in the areas of travels and leisure, food and drinks, fitness and entertainment , delivery services and consumables. Additionally, the platform offers brand advertising services including pay per click(PPC), pay per engagement (PPE), pay per action(PPA) and pay per mile (PPM). PICADAILYS also operates a banking/wallet service that allows users to create virtual accounts, fund wallets, transfer funds, convert currencies, obtain virtual USD cards and prepaid cards.

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a creative and business-minded Social Media Business Developer to help us grow Picadailys’ digital presence and partnerships.
• This person will drive social media strategy, brand collaborations, and digital campaigns that convert engagement into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Identify, approach, and secure brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and media engagements.
• Create and manage campaigns that align with Picadailys’ reward and engagement goals.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Research trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep Picadailys at the forefront of digital engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing, digital partnerships, or business development.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create or supervise engaging social content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is an added advantage.
