Job Position: Scrum Master
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)

Job Summary

• We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and helping our engineering teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the development team on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy product backlog
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Track team performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-focused environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, QA, Design)
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
