We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operation Officer
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of our learning programs, online classes, and community events.
• Assist in planning and executing workshops, coaching sessions, and community activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between tutors, learners, and administrative teams.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, processes, and schedules.
• Track metrics, monitor performance, and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support administrative tasks such as enrollment management, learner inquiries, and event logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, program management, or administrative roles.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for education, community building, and the tech industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack.
