Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling construction costs, preparing tender documents, and providing commercial advice on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts
• Conduct cost analyses and forecasts
• Provide commercial advice on construction projects
• Manage and report on project costs
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)
