Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-tim

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Membership of a relevant professional body (NIQS, RICS is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to prepare BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Good understanding of procurement processes and project cost control
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
