Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer who leads a fast-paced, multi-faceted business operation spanning several industries.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and right hand to the CEO, managing an intricate schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication and workflow in a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of appointments, meetings, and court sessions
  • Prioritize and coordinate itinerary based on urgency and importance, handling any scheduling conflicts.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for meetings by organizing relevant documents and briefing materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Provide support for special projects as required, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Act as a time manager for the CEO by setting up reminders, alerts, and follow-up systems for important deadlines and appointments.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure the efficient completion of tasks, allowing them to focus on high-priority matters.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
  • Highly proactive and resourceful

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
