Job Position: Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Operations Specialist located in Ogba, Lagos. The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for analyzing logistics data, providing exceptional customer service, managing transportation operations, and overseeing supply chain processes.

Key Role

• Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate the packaging and labeling of shipments to meet shipping requirements.
• Book shipping labels with our logistics partners and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND certificate; Bachelor's degree in any field
• Customer Service and Transportation Management skills
• Previous experience in logistics operations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics management software is optional.
