We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Shift Supervisor

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Oversee and manage specific production lines during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and environmental compliance.
• Supervise line staff, maintain equipment, and implement safety and environmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Line Operations:

• Manage production lines to meet quality and production targets.
• Supervise and train line staff to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Environmental:

• Implement and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) and procedures on the production line.
• Monitor and reduce waste, emissions, and energy consumption on the line.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits on the line.
• Respond to and investigate environmental incidents on the line.

Safety:

• Ensure a safe working environment on the production line.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Investigate and address safety incidents on the line.

Maintenance:

• Monitor maintenance of production line equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
• Ensure timely repair and replacement of equipment.

Quality:

• Ensure quality control measures are in place and effective on the production line.
• Monitor and address quality issues on the line.

Communication:

• Communicate with other shifts, management, and departments.
• Provide shift reports and performance updates.

Key Requirements

• BSc / B.Engr. / HND
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong recycling experience
• Ability to work with little or no Supervision
• A dynamic and astute goal-getter.

Salary
N215,000 – N350,000 per month (Gross Salary).

2.) Technical / Maintenance Manager

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Overall understanding of requirements for the Maintenance of equipment
• Ability to coordinate and understand the design requirements of the equipment
• Compliance with the proactive maintenance schedule set by management & OEM, and management of our main and auxiliary equipment. (proactive, preventive, corrective)
• Establish and comply with the preventive maintenance schedule set by management & OEM
• Adherence to the maintenance budget
• Report maintenance-related issues.

Key Requirements

• B.Eng. / HND qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Recycling plant experience
• Strong experience in Mechanical Engineering and as well dabble into Electrical aspect of maintenance
• Ability to work with little or no Supervision
• A dynamic and astute goal-getter.

Salary
N700,000 – N900,000 per month (Gross Salary).

3.) Mechanical Engineer

Job Location:  Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily routine maintenance checks and log recording
• Basic mechanical installation, maintenance & repair
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
• Setting and adjusting industrial machine blades.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of the mechanical system
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex engineering problems.
• Review machine performance and take necessary actions where appropriate.

Key Requirements

• B.Engr. / HND / OND / Trade Test
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of trouble shooting and problem solving
• A dynamic and astute goal-getter.

Salary
N154,000 – N400,000 per month (Gross Salary).
