We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Civil Engineer (Junior & Experienced)

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1 & Environs, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8:00am – 6:00pm)

Job Summary

• We are seeking smart and skilled Civil Engineer(s) to join our growing team;
  • Junior Civil Engineer (1-2 years of experience) 
  • Experienced Civil Engineer (4-5 years of experience)
• The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to supervise construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure projects are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, artisans, and site workers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and material requisitions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.

Requirements

• BSc / BEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Meet minimum years post-NYSC experience in civil engineering or construction-related roles
• Junior Civil Engineer (1-2 years of experience) 
• Experienced Civil Engineer (4-5 years of experience)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial building projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary

• Junior Civil Engineer - N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
• Experienced Civil Engineer - N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
