We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Associate with a strong background in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance, along with engineering experience or knowledge.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Finance Associate

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities & Duties


  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to assess project feasibility, cost implications, and financial performance.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and expenditure reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in risk assessment and financial planning for infrastructure and engineering-related projects.
  • Support procurement and supply chain teams by evaluating cost structures and financial feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making processes.

Expectations & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience or educational background in engineering is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced).
  • Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.

  • This role is designed to equip aspiring electrical engineers with the skills and expertise needed to thrive in the dynamic energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and components.
  • Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Conduct research and analysis on renewable energy technologies and power distribution systems.
  • Assist in drafting technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.
  • Participate in on-site inspections and energy audits.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians on project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
