1.) Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Scope
- Generate and execute new Estate brokerage, Property management and Valuations briefs/business for the branch office.
- Charged with managing and running the full operations of assigned branch for profitability.
- Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Capital Markets(estate brokerage and agency), Property/Facility Management and Valuations portfolio in the branch.
- Responsible for managing existing client portfolio and increasing same for the branch.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1st Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 2nd class grade
- Minimum of 12-15 years of real estate brokerage, valuation and property/facility management experience.
- Must be an Associate Member, NIESV
- Must be a member of ESVARBON
- Associate membership of RICS is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes required to execute the job:
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in location where vacancy is situated- Portharcourt
- Ability to develop good working relationships with Clients, staff, vendors and contractors
- Well organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills.
- Multitasking and Problem-solving skill
- Smart negotiation skills
- Ability to make quick judgement and spontaneous decisions

2.) Senior Property Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Scope
- Administer and oversee the operations of the Property Management service line
- Grow Knight Frank Property Management portfolio thereby meeting annual budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Knight Frank managed properties, including building operations and administration, client/tenant relations, leasing, and financial reporting.
- Build tenant satisfaction ensuring prompt follow-up on escalated issues, and approving tenant events.
- Ensure rent leases are renewed when due and all documentations are properly signed and filed
- Ensure all new occupants receive and sign their lease agreement before moving into the property
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual property/service charge reports/accounts and budgets forward same to clients and tenants.
- Work with Finance department to prepare service charge accounts and reviews same for all managed properties
- Manage vendor relationships with security, janitorial, landscaping, including the bidding process and performance requirements.
- Provide leadership to the property management team, creating a positive work environment and maintaining team morale.
- Recommends changes to rents and fees in accordance with market changes and advise client of same
- Prepares and develops annual property management operating budget
- Oversee administration, management, contract compliance and maintenance of all KF managed property.
- Develop and implement related property management policies and procedures
- Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets and financial goals.
- Work with the Facility Management department to develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance and capital improvement plans for all properties under KF management.
- Supervise Property Management staff and review/monitor their performance for professional conduct with tenants, other staff consistently within the KF policy
- Attend appropriate federal, state, private, and local housing meetings and be primary contact person with state program representatives as well as entities to which KF provides property management services under contract.
- Oversees and manages all Property management compliance related requirements
- Ensures all managed properties are fully tenanted
- Conduct prospects on site inspections, advising them on the suitability and value of the property of interest.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
Qualifications / Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or related discipline from a reputable University (2nd Class Upper)
- Chartered member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV)
- Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)
- Minimum of 12-15 years of property management experience.

3.) Senior Facility Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Scope
- Oversee assigned Knight Frank facilities operations, manage facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, manage risk, manage contractors, oversee security and cleaning vendors and conducting site inspections.
Responsibilities
- Performs audit of facilities in all managed properties to identify gaps, make recommendations to close gaps and implement action plan
- Conduct regular risk assessment of all facilities and eradicate all identified risks
- Develop and implement facility management procedural manual and maintainance schedule for assigned properties
- Conduct proactive preventive checks on all facilities in order to avoid downtime
- Works with Tenders committee to review and advise on quotes sent in by Contractors. Conduct regular market survey to keep abreast of cost of technical equipment and parts
- Manage all vendors and contractors to ensure they deliver on repairs, renovations and maintenance contracts within timeline
- Oversees and conducts regular training for all Facility management staff
- Prepares, manages and defend Service charge budget of all properties.
- Work with the Facility managers and Finance team to prepare service charge account. Reviews and approves service charge account and presents to clients and occupiers
- Reviews and approves all properties’service charge apportionment
- Ensures that all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards. Liases with all regulatory bodies
- Project management of all construction, renovations and refurbishments activities on properties
- Oversees the security and cleaning activities of all properties to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Prepares and submits relevant reports on all Facilities to Knight Frank, Clients and occupiers.
Person Specification
- 1st Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Masters degree in Project Management, Facility Management or Engineering
- Membership of COREN is an added advantage
- 12-15 years core Facility Management experience
- Strong experience in managing multi-tenanted commercial properties.
