1.) General / Operation Manager

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance.
- Supervise inventory, procurement, and supply chain to minimize costs and maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team of department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the establishment's vision and business objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying professional development opportunities.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and staff retention.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by championing a guest-centric service philosophy across all departments.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling promotional campaigns, packages, and outreach programs.
- Ensure the effective positioning of the establishment in the market to attract target clientele and maximize visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, sanitation regulations, and other local, state, and federal guidelines governing the hospitality industry.
- Develop and implement robust emergency procedures and ensure staff are thoroughly trained and prepared for all contingencies.
- Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications, ensuring the establishment operates within legal frameworks at all times.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or Operations Manager role.
- Proven track record of success in driving financial results, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of all hotel/restaurant operations, including F&B, front office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Maintenance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.

2.) Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and department heads, providing HR insights and support to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various roles.
- Identify training needs across departments and develop or source appropriate training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning within the organization.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans, goal setting and feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles and familiarize them with company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to facilitate job-specific training.
- Address performance issues proactively and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Administer payroll processing in conjunction with the finance department.
- Implement and oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and continuous feedback mechanisms to foster employee growth and productivity.

Education and Work Experience

3.) Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all resturant and hotel systems, equipment, and facilities to minimize breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
- Contribute to the overall operational strategy of the restaurant and hotel, providing expert advice on engineering and maintenance matters.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverable.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, elevators, lighting).
- Work with external contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance projects and procurement of necessary parts.
- Establish and manage a framework for monitoring maintenance activities, tracking performance against key indicators such as downtime, repair costs, and equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor the quality of maintenance work, assess the condition of facilities and equipment, and ensure compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, industry standards, and local building codes for all maintenance operations.
- Communicate regularly with relevant departments and management, keeping them informed of maintenance status, planned works, and potential disruptions.

Requirement
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related technical field is required; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CEM, CFM) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in maintenance management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

4.) Admin Officer

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Coordinate daily administrative operations, including filing, scheduling, correspondence and office supply management.
- Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, physical mail, faxes, parcels), ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial report preparation.
- Manage petty cash systems, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
