We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Head of Projects
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate development projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate project activities.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Manage project changes and variations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Resolve project-related conflicts and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing development projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N500,000 - N550,000 / month.

2.) Communication Strategist
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities and Functions
- Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs, newsletters and Social Media platforms.
- Liaison with program team to coordinate activities, on-line content, and materials across the business unit.
- Manage the organizations digital presence. Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
- Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and plan events where needed.
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free copy.
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
- Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Develop and maintain close working relations with media outlets and identify opportunities for the organization'ssenior management for media placement;
- Organize, provide support and arrange broadcast and print media interviews for Senior Management
- Propose, edit, draft and pitch op-eds, letters to the editor, and other written, digital, and broadcast commentary.
- Work across the organization with the management team, programs team and admin team to identify media moments, develop and implement relevant materials and media outreach
- Generate innovative ways to gain quality media coverage across all channels.
- Develop multi-media content for the organization showcasing the organization’s success stories and its people
Key Result Areas:
- Build and calendarize communication strategy and plan for the quarter, covering all thematic areas
- Make use of communications platform and social media space to mobilize resources, create awareness to stakeholders and potential donors
- Improve organization's digital presence, program awareness and engagement by 40% in the next quarter
- Create engagement platforms and programs for engaging content, monthly newsletters and highly educative LinkedIn presence.
- Build network/relationships with media houses and platforms for brand building and awareness activities
- Coordinate copy editing of project deliverables, develop press releases where needed,
- Proper planning, quality deliverables and timely completion of assigned/expected tasks.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 6 years work experience.

3.) Part-time Curator
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Part-time
Job Description for Curator
- Developing and organising new collections to expand and improve educational and research facilities
- Extensively researching, negotiating prices on and buying items such as sculptures, statues and paintings that can add value to the collection
- Maintaining records and cataloguing acquisitions
- Researching, compiling and preparing written information about catalogues and publishing it on the institution's website
- Collaborating with other institutions
- Ensuring that collections are properly preserved
- Raising funds and grants
- Interviewing, hiring and training staff and managing volunteers.
