We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance department.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a comprehensive accounting role.
• You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, contributing directly to the company's financial health and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
As an Account Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant and be responsible for a range of critical duties, including:

• Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Managing the daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring the general ledger is maintained accurately.
• Bank Reconciliation: Performing monthly reconciliation of bank statements to the general ledger.
• Invoice & Expense Processing: Handling all company invoicing, tracking expense reports, and processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reporting: Preparing various financial reports for management, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Proximity to the location (Ikota) is key.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.

2.) Legal Associate

Job Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance
• Represent the company in legal matters where necessary
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of all legal documentation and correspondence

Requirements

• LL.B Degree and BL from a recognized institution
• 1–3 years of post-call experience in a corporate or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Must reside around Ikota, Lekki–Ajah or its environs (proximity is essential).

Salary
N300,000 - 400,000 Monthly.

3.) Driver

Job Location: Ikota Axis, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos roads, possess excellent driving skills, and reside within close proximity to Ikota Axis for prompt availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, goods, or materials to and from assigned locations
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle
• Follow traffic rules and company driving policies at all times
• Perform routine checks and notify management of any maintenance needs
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs
• Maintain accurate records of trips and fuel usage

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• At least 3 years of driving experience in Lagos
• Valid Driver’s License and LASDRI
• Must have good knowledge of Lagos roads, especially the Lekki-Ajah axis
• Clean driving record and good references
• Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable
• Proximity to Ikota Axis is a key requirement

Salary
N130,000 Monthly.
