1.) ICT Teacher

Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons to pupils
  • Instruct pupils on computer usage, programming, and internet safety.
  • Monitor and assess pupil’s progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
  • Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through project-based learning.
  • Educate pupils on up to date computer science concepts and programming
  • Engage pupils on the use of technology in various applications.
  • Guide pupils in practical exercises to build their technical skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an ICT teacher in an International school.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods.
  • Deep understanding of the National English/British curriculum.
  • Possess a patient and resilient personality.
  • Strong dedication to pupils and have a passion for education.
  • B.Ed / B. Tech in relevant discipline, MSc is a plus
  • Excellent written, oral communication and exceptional organizational skill.

2.) School Administrator

Job Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The School Administrator (Blended Curriculum; Nigeria/British) is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the international primary school.
  • This includes fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically challenging environment, ensuring curriculum standards, managing staff, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:

  • Provide visionary and strategic leadership to uphold the school’s mission and values.
  • Lead the implementation of a Blended curriculum (Nigeria/British).
  • Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
  • Promote professional development opportunities and staff well-being.

Academic Excellence:

  • Oversee curriculum planning, teaching standards, and student assessment.
  • Monitor and evaluate academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Encourage innovation in teaching and learning practices.

Student Development and Well-being:

  • Promote a student-centered culture that supports academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Ensure effective safeguarding policies and procedures are in place.

Communication and Community Engagement

Administrative and Financial Oversight

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Master’s degree in Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
  • Teaching qualification and relevant leadership certifications.
  • Experience in an international school setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with international curricula (British, Cambridge,).

3.) Literacy Teacher

Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Create an aesthetically supportive learning environment that fosters inquiry, creativity, thinking and independence that ensures your learners meet their learning goals.
  • Teach the learners the important rules of reading, writing, and English speaking skills. Encourage the use of verbal reasoning and its diverse methods.
  • Identify learners with special requirements, and create individualized plans.
  • Assist struggling learners in improving their Literacy skills.
  • Research new teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the learning and implementation of best practices in Literacy development.
  • Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of learners.
  • Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
  • Oversee the learners’ progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.

Requirements

  • BSc / BA in English Language or English Literature; MSc is a plus
  • Previous experience as a Literacy teacher in an International school.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods.
