1.) Medical Representatives

Job Locations: Edo, Enugu, Kwara and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors e.t.c
• Organise and participate in clinical meetings, product presentations and other approved marketing activities to create awareness and demand for the company's products.
• Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop a weekly itinerary based on approved KPIs, targeted products and customer needs.

2.) Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Motivating the sales force involved in sales functions by initiating incentive schemes aimed at rewarding hardwork.
• Providing feedback on market development
• Solicit and attract Government/Institutional Sales and tender business
• Ensure that orders placed are duly paid for before delivery
• Maintain good relationship with customers and relevant bodies to ensure the company's maximum sales potential is realised in the area.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of marketing plan, training and coaching of medical Reps and other field force on product knowledge and presentation.
• Identifying and development of new markets and customers
• Making business and clinical presentation
• Preparing detailing aides and flyers
• Initiate improvement on and modifying existing packaging of products
• Conducting products price and pricing studies and product/customer profitability analysis.
