Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Inventory Officer will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate management of the organization's warehouse and store inventory. 
  • This includes maintaining precise records, monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. 
  • The Inventory Officer will play an important role in supporting the organization's supply chain operations and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts and audits.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment.
  • Oversee inventory storage and organization to ensure easy accessibility and proper handling.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, retail or e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
