We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory and Sales Officer
Job Location: Ago Palace Way - Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Medical Equipment Supply
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Branch Visits: Twice a month to Idumota branch (logistics covered by company)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an organized and proactiveInventory and Sales Support Officerto manage inventory records, promote products online, support customer engagement, and handle basic sales documentation.
• This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the team’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.
• Upload and promote company products on social media platforms.
• Log all sales and stock movements on the system promptly.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service.
• Draft invoices and support preparation of contracts or client documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Visit the company’s Idumota branch twice monthly (logistics covered).

Requirements

• Female candidates only (ages 22–35 preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in inventory, customer service, or admin roles is an advantage.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with using social media for business promotion.
• Must be honest, hardworking, and committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
