At Harvest Feed & Agro Processing, we specialize in transforming cassava into high-quality, versatile products for both the food and agricultural industries. Our primary offerings include Venus Cassava "edible" starch and Venus cassava offals, catering to diverse sectors such as food manufacturing, livestock feed production, and organic farming.

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage and support HR operations within our agro-processing and industrial environment.
  • The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
  • Handle staff welfare, discipline, and grievance issues
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and staff development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Manage attendance, leave, and staff records
  • Support payroll preparation and HR reporting
  • Serve as a link between management and employees

Requirements

  • BSc Degree  / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR record-keeping systems

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in agro-processing or manufacturing companies
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
  • Experience handling factory workforce and shift systems.
