We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Agungi - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment
• Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive productivity.
• Develop training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data-driven insights for management decision-making.
• Support management in organizational planning and change management.
• Promote and sustain a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
