Job Position: Human Resource Manager
 Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and policies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive employee information.
• Use HR analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement.
• Guide and support HR team members in their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
• 5 - 7 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (preferably in banking).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
• Skilled in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information well.
• Ability to develop required policies, processes & procedures and standardize the department.
