Job Position: HR Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Human Resources, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and a proven track record in HR management.
• The role requires an individual who can manage HR operations onsite and contribute to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage performance management processes, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist in payroll processing and other administrative duties.
• Promote a positive work environment by managing employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Role
• Must currently reside in Lekki, Ajah, or Lagos Island only.
• Must be available to resume on or before 15th May 2025 (Maximum 2 weeks notice).
• Must be willing to work onsite Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) and on Saturdays (9:30 AM - 3 PM), with one Saturday off every two weeks.

Working Conditions:

• Onsite work, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Saturdays (9:30 AM - 3:00 PM), with one Saturday off every two weeks.
• Must be willing to work in the specified hours and location.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
