Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations across our diverse portfolio of companies in Oil & Gas, Fintech, and IT. 
• This is a group-level leadership role responsible for developing integrated supply chain strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and building scalable systems to support both traditional and digital business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide supply chain strategies aligned with the holding company’s growth and diversification goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain organization across sectors.
• Standardize and digitize supply chain processes across subsidiaries to drive transparency and efficiency.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, contract management, and supplier relations across all business units.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance, and risk mitigation in all sourcing and logistics activities.
• Build strategic partnerships with global and local vendors, ensuring robust supplier performance management.
• Negotiate key contracts and service-level agreements to ensure value creation and risk minimization.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align supply chain operations with sector-specific requirements.
• Lead the adoption of supply chain technologies, including ERP, AI-driven demand forecasting, and blockchain, where relevant (especially in Fintech and IT arms).
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including trade, customs, environmental and industry-specific standards.
• Promote sustainable and ethical supply chain practices across all business units.
• Carry out any other functions assigned by the MD/Group CEO.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, with exposure to Oil & Gas and at least one of Fintech or IT.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven record of accomplishment in managing complex, multi-sector supply chains at a regional or global level.

Desired Competencies:

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific supply chain nuances (e.g., upstream/downstream logistics for Oil & Gas, digital procurement in IT/Fintech).
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
