We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head HR & Corporate Services

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time 

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources Function (and at least 5 years in Senior Management position) with major part of this been in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proven work experience as HRM in the Oil and Gas sector
• Membership of HR Professional Body (CIPM, CIPD, etc.)
• Skill in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet skills; HRIS and relevant HR software.
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• High networking skills to keep informed of industry trends and best practices.
• Willing to Travel within the country where it has its operations.
