Having been in business for three years, Whoosh NG has fulfilled more than 20,000 deliveries locally and globally. However, Whoosh NG is evolving from the conventional business space to become a Logistics Technology Company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fulfillment Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Process and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests.
• Coordinate directly with delivery partners
• Track the movement of delivery and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues.
• Ensure all fulfillment records are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs.
• Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of delivery partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Computer savvy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
