Job Description

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, food preparation, cleanliness, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate team members. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service, promptly addressing any concerns or feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage labor budgets, and optimize profitability. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Uphold our brand’s standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives, drive sales through promotions, and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
