Job Description

Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events
Educate customers about the bank's products and services, emphasizing the benefits and features
Actively engage in lead generation to build a robust customer pipeline
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
Stay up-to-date on the bank's products, services, and promotions
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products to customers
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Work towards increasing the customer base and expanding the bank's market presence
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients to facilitate informed decision-making
Ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.
