Job Position: Digital Media Specialist
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing digital content across various online platforms. 
• You will work closely with the Media & Communication team to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, website and email
• Create engaging content (graphics, video, copywriting) tailored for each digital channel
• Manage social media accounts and online communities, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, apps and emerging platforms
• Monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content and platforms.

Requirements

• Must reside around Lagos mainland
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital media management
• B.Sc. or HND in any Social Science course
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly twitter), Facebook, TikTok and YouTube)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office package, graphic design and video editing tools
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media Analytics tools
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Project management abilities
• Punctual, Reliable, Adaptable and able to provide 2 guarantors.
