Job Overview

• We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead/manage our online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

• Create Comprehensive Digital Marketing Plans: Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals and target audience.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop strategies to grow social media followers and engagement.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drive sales
• Email Marketing: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new developments.

Content Creation:

• Engaging Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, property descriptions, newsletters, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Visual Content Management: Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce visually appealing content that showcases our properties.

Performance Analysis:

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall performance.

Collaboration:

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, SEO specialists) as needed to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Education: A good bachelor's degree
• Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management platforms) Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creative Thinker: Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that capture audience attention.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
