Job Summary

  • Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services. 
  • This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, particularly within the real estate sector. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Create and optimize targeted online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates, aligned with Mshel Homes Limited’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating impactful posts and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborate with the graphics and content creation teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Optimize the company’s website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and accurate property listings.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design basics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
