Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a courteous, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Officer with a background in Health Information Management.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from registration to discharge while also maintaining accurate health records and supporting clinical documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Register patients accurately and manage patient records in line with medical and administrative protocols.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical departments as needed.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of patients' demographic and medical data.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
