Zion Homes Drama Outreach Ministry is a film production company with operations in Nigeria and United Kingdom. We are a UK-registered creative arts and entertainment company, established with a mission to produce, manage, and distribute creative works across film, live performances, and digital media. Zionhome prides at producing very relatable, high quality faithbased movies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Content Manager

Job Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for movies.
• Oversee the creation of content for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely release of content across various platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote movies and engage with audiences.
• Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to adjust to flexible working hours (9 am-5 pm, Mondays to Fridays, and some nights or weekends when required).
• Must be willing to relocate to Osogbo, Osun state, as the roles are on-site.
• Must be a Christian and have proven integrity (2 reference letters will be required before appointment).

Skills and Ability:

• Proven experience in content creation and management, film production, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content strategies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the film industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
