Job Description

• We are seeking a highly creative and visually-driven Content Creator to join a dynamic and fast-growing brand in the beauty and wellness industry.
• This role is ideal for a digital storyteller with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, or lifestyle content.
• The ideal candidate has experience crafting engaging visuals and videos, understands beauty trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute captivating content across social media, email, blog, and video platforms, aligning with the brand’s tone and identity.
• Craft compelling story-driven campaigns and visuals that resonate with beauty-conscious audiences.
• Generate and edit short-form videos, Reels/TikToks, product tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content with strong emotional and visual impact.
• Stay ahead of trends in the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle sectors, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with creative teams, digital marketers, and leadership to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Attend events, product launches, and content shoots, capturing and curating real-time content.
• Manage content calendars and analytics tools to ensure engagement and performance goals are met.
• Deliver end-to-end content from ideation through post-production, photography, videography, editing, and publishing.

Qualification / Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2 - 3 years proven experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty, fashion, skincare, beauty clinics, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and algorithms.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with an eye for beauty, aesthetics, and brand voice.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
