We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objectives / Description

  • Ensure Efficient Office Operations: Manage and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure the proper documentation, filing, and retrieval of both physical and electronic records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Support Management and Staff: Provide timely administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and logistics.
  • Oversee Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage the purchase, usage, and replenishment of office supplies and assets to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
  • Facilitate Internal and External Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Enforce Compliance and Policies: Ensure that administrative practices are aligned with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Enhance Workplace Efficiency and Productivity: Identify and recommend improvements in administrative processes to optimize resource utilization and workflow.
  • Manage Office Budgets and Costs: Assist in preparing and managing the office budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Support HR and Recruitment Functions: Assist in onboarding, maintaining staff records, and supporting general HR-related administrative tasks as at when required.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum Level of Education: HND qualification
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in similar field
  • Candidate must reside within Ikeja and it's environs
  • Candidate must be proficient in all MsOffice Tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
