Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

• The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and adherence to safety and organizational standards.
• The role involves handling stock movement, maintaining order in the warehouse, and assisting in reporting and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Inspect and report missing, damaged, or lost items.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and storage of all goods.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to SOPs.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock management.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and prepare reports.
• Supervise waybill preparation for final deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
