Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while delivering exceptional user experiences.
• You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging and functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and user interactions.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve the user journey.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
• Optimize existing user interfaces and design new UI components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with design frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
